She is a member of the World Academy Arts and Science, a Trudeau Fellow (2004), and President of the Canadian Biodiversity Institute. Professor Dale has been active in helping to build capacity in the environmental movement for over thirty years. |

Ruth Richardson is the co-founder of Small Change Fund, a new web-based vehicle for one-to-one giving to grassroots socio-environmental initiatives in Canada and abroad. She also sits on the advisory committee of Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation and the newly established Prince Edward Community Foundation. Prior to Small Change Fund, she was the Environment Program Director at the Metcalf Foundation, the Director of the Unilever Canada Foundation, and the founding Chair of the Canadian Environmental Grantmakers’ Network. |
