What makes a good life?

What makes a good life?

Although a study on millennials found this generation thought money and work were a main measure for success and happiness, a 75-year longitudinal study conclusively proves that it is all about the quality of our relationships that affect our health and well-being. Physical and mental health are affected by good connections, as well as the quality of those connections.

I would argue it is also about connections with your environment and the biodiversity with whom you share your space. Our world will become less and less colourful without the greenery of trees, the shade they provide and all the other amenities they offer to human life. Don’t let our world become grey as loneliness is toxic.
